I get so excited this time of year about food.  That’s right, I am excited about gluten free Fall Foods.  Autumn brings in aromatic soups and baked dishes as we get that chill in the air.  Oh how I love to make Country Chicken Pot Pie this time of year.  My sauce and crust make it!  Don’t you just love how your home gets all toasty as you bake.  My son Connor begs for my Country Chicken Pot Pie.  The recipe isn’t difficult at all.  You can switch out the veggies to your favorites.  I had a friend tell me she uses sweet potatoes in hers.  I think that sound uniquely great.

Another favorite is my gluten free Lasagna. My husband went with me to the Grocery Store last Sunday, which never happens. I asked him as we walked through the produce section what he would like for dinner. He said, “Would you mind to make your Lasagna?”. He looked at me with those adorable begging baby blues. How could I refuse? I love it as much as he does. In fact the next night I had a rotisserie chicken from Costco for them, and planned to have left over lasagna myself. Except it was gone! Ugh…. that man can eat.

From delicious soups to baked goods, all the fall foods are wonderful. Have you tried any of the recipes on here? You really must. I don’t share all of my treasured recipes, but lovingly share some. The ones on here are quite good and not too difficult. That being said, please don’t be put out with me for not sharing them all. Blessings…
